Customer Services Advisor x 2

37 hours per week

As a customer services advisor you will be responsible for dealing with customer service enquiries via phone, face to face, email and social media in a professional and timely manner.

You will deliver this in a professional and conscientious manner, with a high regard for quality at all times.

Full training will be provided but knowledge of customer service and a contact centre setting will be an advantage.

This is a hybrid role so once trained you will be working approximately 40% of your time from home.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to speak fluent spoken English is an essential requirement for the role.
