Liverpool - Business Administration Apprentice (Apprenticeship)
Assist
with daily office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining student records, ensuring smooth office operations.- Act

responsible for collating and recording pupil information on pupil management

- Monitor
pupil meals and amend where necessary after the lunchtime period.
Pupil Records- Be
responsible for the maintenance of all pupil information records on the pupil
managementinformation system ensuring data is relevant and accurate such as: priority
contacts, home and mobile numbers, emergency contacts, family links and UPNs.- Maintain
and update data collection sheets and consent forms for pupils have been
received, recorded and filed appropriately.- Be
processes relating to
admissionsand transition.

necessary pupil
informationfrom other schools. Ensure all pupil documentation are received from previous
schools.- Be
registers,
input
data from registers to check and record attendance, update pupil absences
with
reasons, track lateness and input minutes late on the MIS and provide reports on pupil

Training
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer Notre Dame will provide you with all the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Business administration apprenticeship standard, which includes:
Knowledge, Skills and BehavioursBusiness Administrator Level 3 apprenticeship standard
Functional skills in Maths and English if requiredThis will be delivered through Notre Dame dedicated training provider, Realise.
Qualifications required
Level 2 Functional English and Maths will form part of the qualification if the successful candidate does not already have GCSE English and Maths, grade A*-C. No experience is required. The role would suit a confident and outgoing individual.
