The Park and Parkwall Primary School Federation is looking to recruit a positive, hardworking and skilled ambitious individual who wants to make a real difference to the Federation Business Team. The purpose of the role is work in partnership with teachers to meet the needs of children.

The Federation consists of two primary schools
  • Park Primary School is a large school in Kingswood
  • Parkwall Primary is a smaller school in Cadbury Heath

This position is to work at Park primary although there is some cross federation working.

We are looking for someone to work as part of the administration team in supporting the federation to manage administration and HR, with the object of providing the most effective and efficient service. Ensuring that proper records are kept, maintaining and inputting data onto computerised HR management systems. Ensuring that information contained is up to date, accurate and complies with relevant legislation and policy. We are looking for someone who:
  • Has experience of working with children
  • The ability to establish and maintain positive and consistent relationships with colleagues and other professionals.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A good understanding of the need for discretion, tact and confidentiality at all times.
  • An understanding of child protection, equal opportunities and inclusion issues
  • A willingness to learn new skills, work flexibly with other staff and undertake further professional development
  • Can follow direction but also be pro-active and use own initiative
  • Resilient and can work with good humour.
