About the Role:As a Customer Experience Representative, you will be the driving force behind maintaining and expanding relationships within a portfolio of customers. Your proactive and passionate approach will ensure that customer needs and expectations are not only met but exceeded, all while adhering to our high company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers:
Handle enquiries via phone and email, providing top-notch customer experiences.
Exceed Expectations:
Meet and surpass business and department SLAs, from responding to queries to providing quotations.
Upsell Products:
Proactively promote products and services to existing customers.
Identify Opportunities:
Discover new product opportunities outside contracted categories.
Collaborate:
Work with internal category representatives to support category growth.
Maintain Records:
Keep accurate databases of customer information and opportunities.
Promote Campaigns:
Drive relevant campaigns within your portfolio of accounts.
Analyse Trends:
Utilise information systems to conduct trend and gap analysis.
Achieve Targets:
Hit daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as outlined by the Customer Experience Manager.
Sales Goals:
Reach monthly Sales & GP targets for the channel.
Positive Environment:
Actively contribute to a positive working environment, promoting our core values and culture.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
2 years in a similar role is beneficial.
Customer Focus:
Proven track record in a customer-focused telephony environment.
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Multitasking:
Ability to multitask, stay organised, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
Target Driven:
Strong ability to work to targets.
Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt to change.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
