You would be best suited to the role if you have a level 3 qualification in Vehicle repair and maintenance and previous commercial vehicle, fleet services, or automotive experience.The Service Manager's duties:
Ensure planning facilities, bays, machines, tools, and diagnostic installations are completed correctlyPreparing planning and calculations for investments in workshops, facilities, and HR with other management
Measure and report daily on workshop performance
Employing and coaching staff
Defining targets and tracking the progression of staff
