Job Description

• Manage and coordinate logistical operations within the retail sector.
• Ensure optimal efficiency and customer satisfaction at all times.
• Work closely with the broader logistics team to meet company objectives.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and maintain stock control, ensuring inventory accuracy.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests efficiently.
• Organise transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay.
