Your Role:
As a Sales Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing existing customer accounts and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Generating new business leads and expanding our customer base.
- Providing exceptional customer service daily.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Account Management.
- Strong Lead Generation and Communication abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in sales or account management is preferred.
- Top-notch negotiation and problem-solving skills.
