ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the financial health of the organization and provide insights to management.
Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans and identifying any variances.
Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Provide expertise and support during audits, including preparation of necessary documentation and explanations of financial data.
Collaborate with various departments to assess financial needs, providing guidance on budget planning and expenditure.
Train and mentor junior finance staff, fostering their development and ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a senior position.
Strong knowledge of financial regulations, principles, and practices, including local and international standards.
Proficiency in financial software applications and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and financial modeling.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
