• Lead and manage a team of Production Team Leaders & operatives
• Drive production efficiency and quality.
• Implement safety regulations and standards in the production process.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and manage production schedules and timelines.
• Provide regular reports on team performance and production output.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.
• Provide hands-on support to the team when necessary.

MONDAY - FRIDAY 14:00 - 22:00

The Successful Applicant

A successful Production Lead should have:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Prior experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication skills for effective team coordination.
• Ability to implement safety regulations and standards.
• Proven track record in managing production schedules and timelines.
• Capability to identify and implement process improvements.

• £15 - £17 / Hour
