We’re currently looking for a Customer Service Operations Assistant to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

  • Ensure effective communication is maintained within the business ensuring teamwork is always strong and collaborative.
  • To answer the telephones and emails in a timely and appropriately manner
  • To develop and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring goodwill is always maintained.
  • To plan, organise and continuously improve your working standards.
  • To ensure accurate data input for all information that you process.
  • To ensure all relevant documentation is completed neatly and accurately to the required company standard. Generating quotes and dealing with all queries efficiently.
  • Meet set time frames and maintain high standards regarding set duties, dependant on which shift you are on.
  • Deal with customer queries and complaints effectively ensuring good will is always maintained.
  • Deal effectively with driver’s queries and assist with driver delivery problems.
  • To ensure any daily reporting is completed on time and to a high standard.
  • To carry out other tasks that may be required for the company from time to time.
  • Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
  • To ensure flexibility and adherence to the required to cover rotational shift patterns as and when requested to do so.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Previous customer service experience is a must

You will be required to work 45 hours per week (including 1 hour per day lunch) on a rotational shift pattern covering from 6am to 8pm. You will also be required to work rostered Saturdays.
