Location: Stourport on Severn, Worcestershire

Our goal is to empower line managers, foster employee engagement, and create a fair and inclusive work environment.As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy, supporting the operational team, and modernizing HR processes.
Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with line management to build capabilities and manage talent.
- Lead workforce planning and support recruitment efforts.
- Report on KPIs and interpret people analytics to propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
- Deliver people management training to line managers.
- Support the promotion of Morgan at career events and through apprenticeships.
- Modernize HR processes and support HR projects.
Qualifications:
What You’ll Bring:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or ambition to study at Level 7).
- At least 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Positive attitude and ability to inspire change.
- Experience in workforce planning and project management.
