Music Teacher

About the Role:
The Music Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality music education across various age groups, from primary to secondary levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a love for music, developing students' musical skills, and encouraging creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging music curriculum and lesson plans.
- Teach a range of music classes, including theory, instrumental, and vocal.
- Organise and direct school concerts, performances, and music-related events.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to integrate music into the broader school curriculum.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Music or a related field.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
- Proven experience in teaching music to children and young adults.
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
