Property Coordinator
Cadwyn is a community housing association based in Cardiff. We are a diverse business with experience in social housing management and development, social lettings, market lets and sales, commercial regeneration and an amazing recycling project.
Due to the current expansion of the Property & Maintenance Services Department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Coordinator to join the team.
The department manages all maintenance related services for Cadwyn properties, and we provide a reactive and planned maintenance service for over 1500 properties.
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the property surveying team, assisting in the co-ordination, procurement and delivery of all property and asset related work.
At Cadwyn our staff work in an agile way, working mostly at home (if appropriate to the role) with the ability to hot desk at our main office in Cardiff or to work from any other suitable/convenient location.

What we need someone who: Is competant with Microsoft Office packages
Has excellent communication and customer service skillsIs well organized, able to prioritise workload
Has knowledge of repairs & maintenance
Is experienced in working in a customer focused service
Has experience of dealing with contractors
Has experience of using repair and maintenance databases
