Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
- Supervise and mentor a team of management accountants.
- Ensure compliance with ACCA standards and financial regulations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and improve financial performance.
Requirements:
- ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
- Proven experience in a management accounting role.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
