As a Chef / CDP, you will work alongside our head chef to create delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests. Your role will involve preparing and cooking high-quality meals, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a passion for food, creativity in the kitchen, and excellent attention to detail. You should also have previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment and be familiar with different cooking techniques and styles.
Key responsibilities:- Preparing and cooking dishes according to the menu
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met
- Supervising kitchen staff and coordinating kitchen operations
- Ordering ingredients and maintaining stock levels
- Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborating with the head chef to develop new menu items
- Proven experience as a Chef or CDP
- Understanding of various cooking methods and techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
