We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and highly organized HR Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational and administrative skills, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage HR tasks effectively from start to finish.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to support all aspects of HR administration, including onboarding, staff records, sponsorship monitoring, and liaising with managers to ensure HR processes are completed on time and in line with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ HR Administration:

Prepare, send, and monitor correspondence related to HR matters (e.g., offer letters, contracts, policies).

Maintain up-to-date and organized HR files, including staff training certificates and other documentation.

Support with induction of new starters and ensure all onboarding tasks are completed efficiently.

✔ Staff Monitoring & Compliance:

Monitor and update records for skilled worker sponsorships, including notifications and compliance with regulations.

Alert the Director and HR Manager to any necessary changes or updates regarding sponsorships.

✔ Documentation & Liaison:

Liaise with the HR Manager on tasks and ensure timely completion of documentation.

Complete any appraisals, performance reviews, or other HR-related actions as directed by the HR Manager.

✔ Organizational Oversight:

Monitor timelines and ensure appraisals, performance reviews, and HR tasks are completed within deadlines.

Support the implementation of HR processes to maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

✔ Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in HR Administration (desirable but not essential).

✔ Experience:

Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related field.

✔ Skills & Attributes:

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other administrative tools.

A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Confidence to take ownership of responsibilities and ensure successful outcomes.
