DWF are currently hiring for a Facilities Project Coordinator to join the team. In your role you will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the Central Operations department, particularly the project manager in Central Operations.

You will report to the Project Manager and work closely with other project staff and external partners. The Project Support Officer is based in Leeds, Manchester or Liverpool, on a hybrid basis.

The team deal with the projects in the Central Operations space, which includes new office locations opening globally and office refurbishments. In addition, there are specific projects such as new systems implementations or process changes which will affect the Central Operations function in the firm.

This is a busy function which will deal with several projects at the same time.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress, risks and issues.
  • Coordinate and organise project meetings, workshops, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute project documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and update project databases, records and filing systems.
  • Consult with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulators, consultants and contractors.
  • Support the project manager in financial management, procurement and compliance elements on the projects.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

What will help you succeed in this role? :

Essential
  • Experience in project administration & facilities management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Exposure to project management software useful.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
