Person specification
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
Essential criteria- Substantial post Reg Experience within ED including proven experience at band 6
- Evidence of professional / specialist clinical and managerial expertise and knowledge acquired through CPD and experience
- Evidence of leadership, management and team development at clinical level
- Evidence of involvement and leadership in teaching and mentoring learners
- Evidence of involvement in the development of protocols and clinical audit
Qualifications & Registration
Essential criteria- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Degree level studies or equivalent portfolio of evidence
- Management/ leadership qualification
- Post basic qualification in speciality
