Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Temp To Perm

Dedicated in-house payroll team to ensure accurate payroll

- Rotating shifts: 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM and 9:00 AM
- 5:00 PM weekly
- Fridays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (early office closure)
The successful candidate will provide crucial support to the team, ensuring smooth administrative processes and excellent customer service. This position is perfect for someone with some prior office or customer service experience who is eager to expand their skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone and email providing timely and professional responses.
- Process and manage customer orders and documentation accurately.
- Maintain organised records and data entry in line with company systems.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and order fulfilment.
- Assist in general office tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the office by supporting colleagues and taking on new responsibilities as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
