Are you a Project Supervisor with experience working with managing enterprise clients? Are you happy to work with US clients and therefor work US hours (11:30am - 8pm)?
This company are leading the way for workplace software and technologies. With a global client base they are looking for a Project Supervisor to join the Global Operations team of this expanding and growing international business.
In this role you will manage projects from beginning to end which will include projects scope, timeline, capacity planning and recourse allocation. You will liaise between internal teams and their US clients to ensure seamless project completion with risk mitigation and solutions providing.You will regularly maintain the Gantt chart and RAID logs whilst providing updates to internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a confident Project Supervisor / Manager with a track record of working with with enterprise clients in the UK or US market. You will need to be able to run multiple projects simultaneously and know how to use Gantts and RAID logs.Its essential you are happy working the hours 11:30am - 8pm.

The Role:
- Manage projects from start to finish, including project scope, timeline, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and US clients to ensure seamless project completion.
- Mitigate risks and provide solutions to address any project challenges.
- Regularly update and maintain Gantt charts and RAID logs.
- Provide status updates to both internal and external stakeholders. ul>
The Person:
- Confident Project Supervisor/ Manager with experience working with enterprise clients in the UK or US market.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Skilled in using Gantt charts and RAID logs for project management.
- Comfortable with working hours of 11:30 am to 8 pm.
- Strong track record in delivering successful outcomes for enterprise-level projects.
- SaaS / Tech sector or industry experience would be advantageoius ul>
