Pay Rate: Starting from £25/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

• Providing one-to-one tuition or small group sessions to meet individual learning needs.
• Developing engaging, personalised lesson plans that address learning gaps and promote academic progress.
• Monitoring student progress and providing regular, constructive feedback to students and, where necessary, to parents or guardians.
• Creating a supportive, positive learning environment that encourages a love for mathematics.
• Adapting teaching methods to suit various learning styles, particularly for students with additional support needs.
• PGCE in Maths and/or QTS.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience in Mathematics.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
