Data Clerk - Fixed Term Contract

The opportunity

We are looking for someone to join us on a temporary basis as an clerk to join our Risk and Compliance team here at Stone King in our Bath office for a period of 12 months. This role is an integral part of the data cleanse process and will help the firm to ensure all data is correct, up to date and compliant.

This role will involve working across our operational teams, such as Finance, Risk and Compliance and IT teams to help maintain the accuracy of our data and support changes which are needed to our systems to facilitate this. The role will be based out of our Bath office on either a full or part time basis.

Key responsibilities

General duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the management of data ensuring daily files are delivered and processed.
  • Monitoring the availability of data within our client data base.
  • Timely analysis and reporting in reference to our client’s data processes.
  • Maintenance of data tables, ensuring they are updated on an ad hoc basis.

  • Experience in a similar or administrative role is desirable, although not essential.
