Working as part of the administration team based in the Audiology Department, Ysbyty Glan Clwyd the post holder will be required to provide clerical duties relating principally to patient administration in support of clinical staff.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to provide an excellent service to patients in a busy out-patient department. It is essential that you have good verbal & written communication skills, excellent customer care and a willingness to help others.You will have experience of an administration environment and will have proficient computer skills.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- NVQ Level 2 Customer Service or Business administration (or equivalent level of knowledge and experience)
- Good standard of education - GCSE English and Maths grade C or above or equivalent
- Standard Keyboard skills
- Entering patient/client data into a computer

Essential criteria- Working in office environments
- Effective communications
- Microsoft Office software

- Working in an administrative health care setting
