About Our Client
Our client is a well-established organisation in the business services industry, looking for a Recruitment Office Manager to join their team, supporting senior management with the day to day running of the business.
Job Description
Duties of the Recruitment Office Manager- Providing comprehensive support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Supporting with monthly stats and figures reporting
- Producing high-quality documents, reports and presentations as required.
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Being a point of contact for clients and team members.
- Organising and facilitating internal and external meetings.
- Ensuring all invoicing is accurate and paid
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and processes within the business.
- Handling ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Office Manager should have:
- Previous experience working within a recruitment environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- An attractive salary package between £35,000 and £40,000.
