Role: AdministratorLocation: Sheffield, S11 - free parking
Salary & Benefits: Up to £26,500pa plus 25 days holiday + bank holiday, parking, company pension
Hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Duties:
- Answering the office phone, handling enquiries and taking messages
- Supporting with sales team with administration such as data gathering, researching prospects and making introduction calls to potential clients
- Social media management - uploading content to social media and the company website
- Drafting documents
- Data inputting
- Supporting with contract renewals
- Filling and scanning
- General office admin support
Experience:
- Experience working within an Administrative role is essential for this role
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with senior internal stakeholder and clients
- A true team player who is happy to support the wider business
- Strong IT skills including the ability to use Ms Office and bespoke systems
- Previous experience using Powerpoint and Adobe Pro would be an advantage
