Contract Paralegal / Contract Administrator is required to join an inhouse organisation based in London for a 3 month contract. The role can be done remotely but the candidate must be able to attend the office for the first day to get set up.
As the Contract Paralegal / Contract Administrator, you will be supporting with a Contract migration project which will be moving contracts from a contract database to a new software system.
Contract Paralegal Duties include;- Working as part of a project team and responsible for migrating contracts from one system to another
- Reviewing dates of contracts and flagging any contracts which have expired or need renewing
- Inputting contracts as required under the new project plan
- Assisting with populating key words to assist with horizon scanning on the new contract software
- Ideally experience of Commercial Contracts or working in a legal team with IT experience
- Availability to start at the end of January due to project demands
