Role Overview

We are seeking a financial analyst to join our busy team. This role involves working within the Financial Planning sector alongside the sales teams. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the business to ensure weekly sales performance is comprehended, aiding in driving future business performance.
• Analysing performance drivers and utilising these insights, along with market data, to guide sales budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Assisting in the development and execution of commercial plans, strategic initiatives, and relevant business projects.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams and other key stakeholders.
• Monitoring and providing insights into market performance and economic factors affecting sales and profitability, including inflation reporting.
• Ensuring robust financial controls and processes are in place across the business.
• Supporting the management and reporting of customer, brand, and profitability.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate would have:

• A professional accountancy qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Previous experience in an analytical or commercial role.
• Extensive experience in stakeholder management and working with senior stakeholders within an organisation.
• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
