Assistant Administrator
Such tasks will include the appointment of External Examiners, involvement organising the annual cycle of quality meetings and assistance with subject assessment panels and award boards where student awards are made.
Please note that annual leave may be restricted during peak periods in the academic year.
You should:
- have excellent communication skills as they will be liaising with staff at our Partner Institutions, students, External Examiners and academic staff from within the University.
- be well organised
- be able to work both independently and as part of a team
- have excellent attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
- able to prioritise their work
- have excellent IT skills.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis for 12 months due to business demand.
Remote working is available up to 3 days a week.
