EA / HR Manager
Introduction
Global Expat Pay is seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant (‘EA’) / Human Resources (‘HR’) Manager to provide administrative support to our leadership team while managing HR functions to enhance employee engagement and operational efficiency.This dual role demands exceptional organisational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. As an EA, you will serve as a key point of contact for the CEO and other executives, handling day-to-day activities to ensure seamless operations.
We will consider both part-time (4 days a week) and full-time (5 days a week) for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the CEO in operational and strategic matters, including Board meetings, diary management and building relationships with key customers and partners. Able to act as a credible representative of the CEO, where appropriate.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the rest of the executive team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and team members, ensuring effective communication and alignment across departments.
- Manage HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and organisational development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company culture and strategic objectives.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in developing strategies for employee retention and satisfaction.
- Provide guidance on HR-related inquiries and resolve employee issues promptly and professionally.
- Arrange and manage events for small numbers of customers and partners in the office or locally.
- Maintain accurate employee records and facilitate payroll processing in collaboration with the Finance team.
- You have a demonstrated track record as an Executive Assistant or a similar administrative role with significant exposure to HR functions.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, etc. or you have equivalent, relevant experience.
- You have strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- You possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to enable you to interact comfortably with executive leadership and team members.
- You are detail-oriented and adept at problem-solving, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
- You have experience in talent acquisition and employee relationship management.
- You are familiar with current employment laws and regulations.
- You are a proactive team player who can work independently while providing support to senior management.
- You are polished, professional, discrete and able to respect confidentiality at all times.
