We are Bionic, and we're on a mission to make life radically easier for small business owners, building a one-stop shop for all their business essentials, and giving them an experience so good that they trust Bionic to sort everything for them, forever.

The role

At Bionic, we’re building something extraordinary - a one-stop shop that makes life radically easier for small business owners. That same energy flows through our workplace: fast-paced, high-impact, and buzzing with innovation. • Partner with Talent and HR Ops to make sure we’ve got the right people, in the right roles, with the right support.
  • Own our people data accuracy in HiBob and turn insights into action.
  • Drive inclusive performance and development practices that help every colleague grow.
  • Support payroll accuracy, process compliance, and smooth onboarding/offboarding experiences.
  • Keep an eye on legislation and trends - and help us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Promote wellbeing and psychological safety, managing our Occupational Health process with care.
  • Help craft clear, inclusive comms that bring our HR activity to life and keep colleagues informed.
