As a Marketing Executive at a Microsoft Solutions Partner you will support the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at generating leads, enhancing brand awareness, and driving customer engagement. Working closely with the Marketing Manager your focus will be on assisting with day-to-day marketing activities, including content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.This role allows for a balance of support and autonomy, enabling you to develop your skills while contributing directly to the success of our marketing efforts.

Job description:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will assist in executing lead generation activities, event management, SEO optimisation, and performance analysis. You will ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities, taking on increasing responsibility in some areas while supporting broader marketing initiatives led by the Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Market alignment & strategy support: Assist the Marketing Manager in aligning marketing activities with the business’s goals and target audiences. Help develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with the sales and other departments.
- Campaign support: Support the execution of lead generation campaigns aimed at attracting and converting high-quality leads. Assist in the design and management of these campaigns, ensuring deliverables are met on time and aligned with business objectives.
- Event coordination & management: Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and sponsorships. Over time, take on greater responsibility for coordinating logistics and ensuring event success.
- SEO & performance monitoring: Implement SEO strategies and report on performance, working closely with the Marketing Manager to adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Content development: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, case studies, social media content). Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure content is aligned with the brand’s messaging.
- Collaborative support & relationship building: Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and other teams to create market offerings. Assist in building and nurturing relationships with partners to enhance marketing initiatives.
- Performance tracking & analysis: Assist in setting up performance metrics and tracking the results of marketing campaigns. Provide insights and suggestions to the Marketing Manager to refine future marketing efforts.
- Activity coordination & strategic implementation: Support the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy and maintaining quality outputs.
- Cross functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, pre-sales, etc.) to ensure marketing efforts are integrated across the business. Support in building and nurturing relationships with external partners.
- Training compliance: Complete all mandatory company training sessions within the provided timescales.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or related field.
