Salary: Grade 5 Scale Point 12 (£27,711 FTE) Scale Point 12-17Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37 hours per week, all year round (Term-time + some additional working weeks can be considered)

Key Responsibilities- Support the Finance Team in ensuring the financial stability of the Trust.
- Process purchase invoices and other financial documents using Iris Financials accounting software.
- Maintain supplier records and process orders while ensuring compliance with Academy Financial Regulations and DfE's Academies Handbook.
- Reconcile supplier statements, investigate queries, and monitor credit card expenditures.
- Assist in procurement, ensuring best value and compliance with relevant legislation.
- Provide financial analysis to aid key decision-making.
- Ensure accurate filing and record-keeping of financial transactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support financial operations.
Person Specification:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
