Warehouse Supervisor (Morning shift Only)
£35,000 per annum
Sunday 8am to 4pm and Mon to Thurs 6am to 2pm
28 days holidays per year (Christmas day and 27 all free to take)

This is an excellent opportunity for a Goods-In Warehouse Supervisor who wants to join an expanding company and would like to make their own mark in an employee centred environment.
The Goods-In Warehouse Supervisor is a pivotal role and involves:Working in a time and accuracy critical environment, leading, and mentoring the warehouse team, handling all 121s, return to interviews, rotas etc and taking responsibility for all packing and loading activities.
Ensuring all incoming stock is accurately logged and stored in a timely manner.
Communicating with suppliers, completion of paperwork, servicing production and general stock management.
Liaising with other departments throughout the business to ensure deliveries can be made as accurately and efficiently as possible, ensuring stock movements are accurately recorded and stock is rotated in accordance with the correct FIFO processes.
Working with the Outbound Supervisor and the Supply Chain Manager on continuous improvement with regards to warehousing activities and implementing new procedures as agreed, monitoring and facilitating the development and performance of all team members.
Maintain team compliance to all Quality and Health and Safety Legislative requirements.
The successful Outbound Warehouse Supervisor is expected to have:Experience as a warehouse Team Leader / Supervisor demonstrating ability to direct and coordinate operations, preferably from the food / chilled industry, but this in not essential
Planning, organisational, time and people management skills
Foresight and commitment to getting the job done with a positive can-do attitude
Health and Safety awareness
IT literate with MS Word, Excel, Outlook as desirable
