Job Description- Manage and maintain reception area, greeting visitors and handling queries
- Provide business support to other team members
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to appropriate departments
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and copying
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temporary Receptionist/Administrator should have:
- Proven administrative or assistant experience
