You bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, as well as post-registration experience. You're passionate about patient care and it shows. As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will: Pre Operative Assessing patients undergoing a variety of operations including Orthopaedic, General Surgery , Urological , Gynaecology , Cosmetic and Plastic surgery .
We require you to have a good knowledge of history taking , understand the variety of procedures performed , health assessment and promotion and treat the patient in a holistic manner that incorporates a thorough assessment of the patients health condition , social circumstances and post operative recovery .
Nuffield Health Newcastle Hospital Located in Jesmond; you will be working at one of the north easts leading private hospitals, with a Good CQC rating, we have 27 en-suite private bedrooms, 3 state-of-the-art operating theatres, a dedicated breast care unit.
We offer on-site pathology services and diagnostic imaging including CT and MRI, to help patients after surgery we have on-site physiotherapy specialists. We have a special focus in the areas of orthopaedics, spinal surgery, ophthalmology, weight loss surgery and cosmetic treatment.
