We’re looking for a data savvy, product & merchandising focussed person to join our eCommerce team in the Homes, Women’s & Lifestyle vertical.

This role, reporting to the Head of Logistics, will form a crucial part of the Future eCommerce trading and analysis team and will be a key enabler in the growth of this key area of our business.

What you'll be doing...
  • You'll drive the performance of eCommerce KPIs for our Homes, Women’s & Lifestyle brands, owning weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to develop proactive and reactive strategies to drive eCommerce revenue and other core funnel KPIs.
  • Provide analysis and custom reports to support strategic decision-making, including identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Playbook Analysis: Conduct seasonal analysis of content and product merchandising, resulting in strategic playbook guidelines.
  • You'll implement the eCommerce tentpole calendar: Work with the managing editorial team to ensure all opportunities are covered with the editorial calendar, aligning coverage strategy with brand messaging and revenue goals.
Experience that will put you ahead of the curve...
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web measurement and analytics platforms.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
  • Experience in data analysis, and generating insights.
  • PLUS: Experience with affiliate network platforms and their reporting interfaces.

This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home
