We’re looking for a data savvy, product & merchandising focussed person to join our eCommerce team in the Homes, Women’s & Lifestyle vertical.
This role, reporting to the Head of Logistics, will form a crucial part of the Future eCommerce trading and analysis team and will be a key enabler in the growth of this key area of our business.
What you'll be doing...- You'll drive the performance of eCommerce KPIs for our Homes, Women’s & Lifestyle brands, owning weekly and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to develop proactive and reactive strategies to drive eCommerce revenue and other core funnel KPIs.
- Provide analysis and custom reports to support strategic decision-making, including identification of risks and opportunities.
- Playbook Analysis: Conduct seasonal analysis of content and product merchandising, resulting in strategic playbook guidelines.
- You'll implement the eCommerce tentpole calendar: Work with the managing editorial team to ensure all opportunities are covered with the editorial calendar, aligning coverage strategy with brand messaging and revenue goals.
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other web measurement and analytics platforms.
- Experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar data visualisation tools.
- Experience in data analysis, and generating insights.
- PLUS: Experience with affiliate network platforms and their reporting interfaces.
