CYP Co-Production and Community Engagement Manager
North London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dynamic leader to transform Children and Young People (CYP) services by prioritising the voices of young people, families, and carers in decision-making, fostering equity, innovation, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Engagement Initiatives:Utilising service user feedback to drive meaningful improvements and embed collaboration in service development.
- Empowering Service Users:Partnering with young people, parents, and carers to ensure their voices influence decisions and outcomes.
- Community Outreach:Building connections with underserved groups, schools, faith groups, and community organisations.
- Promoting Co-Production:Leading a team to embed co-production practices and deliver training to foster shared ownership.
- Enhancing Stakeholder Representation:Strengthening forums like the Youth Board and establishing a Parent and Carer Board.
- Innovating for Excellence:Driving research and innovation to promote best practices.
- Expertise in co-production and community engagement.
- Proven experience implementing inclusive strategies across diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and deliver co-production and engagement projects across the CYP division.
- Manage the expert-by-experience team and oversee training for all stakeholders on co-production practices.
- Embed feedback mechanisms and analyze service user insights to shape service delivery.
- Support the Youth Board and establish the Parent and Carer Board to ensure representation and inclusivity.
- Build and nurture partnerships with local schools, faith groups, and community organizations.
- Drive research initiatives that advance the evidence base for co-production models and best practices.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, from service users to national organizations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (essential); Master’s degree and/or project management qualification (desirable).
- Experience: Proven expertise in co-production, community engagement, and working with underserved populations.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
