Job Description
Working as a chief advisor of the Chief Communications & Public Affairs ChiefSkills and competencies needed:
- Change of mindset
- from output focused to impact focused communications
- from anecdotal one-off to strategic (campaign mode) communications
- Introducing a project management approach to facilitate impactful communications campaigns
- Implementing the content strategy
- Coaching to team on business partnering role
- Assessment of the team, incl development plan at individual and/or team-level
- Re-Developing KPIs for communications and stakeholder engagement (currently output focused)
- Implementing project management approach
- More agile and transparent operating model (implementing the new company cultural behaviours and integrating more customer, market and stakeholder perspectives internally)
- Change communications
- Internal communications - lead project on NextGen internal communications
The Successful Applicant
A successful Strategic Advisor on Communications Transformation should have the ability to:
- Assess the team on skills and competencies + develop plans
- Project manage and implement approaches and ideas
- Create change communications plans in support of company Transformation plan
- Do multi-year internal communications and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Develop and implement a proposal for Next Gen internal communications
- Create KPI plans (measurement, metrics)
- A very competitive day rate of up to £650 a day
- The opportunity to create a strategy and transform the communications department in a leading company in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

- Based: remote with incidental travel to HQ in Brussels
- Duration of project: 6-9 months (60-100%)
