Job Description
WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY:
You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, advice, coaching and mentoring to ensure high standards of safety performance across London and surrounding areas.- Visiting locations to offer support to ensure locations are legally compliant as well as following company policy and industry “Best Practice”.
- Helping influence operational teams, location managers and senior chefs offering sound guidance to improve safety performance & compliance with company policy.
- Reviewing accident and incident reports to ensure the necessary corrective actions have been taken following accidents or near misses.
- Undertaking formal accident, allergy incident and alleged food poisoning investigations, working to identify root causes and compiling investigation reports.
- Supporting locations with timely completion of actions following local authority (EHO) visits.
- Support the implementation of health and safety, food safety and allergen management processes into new opening locations.
- You will assist in monitoring, and reviewing health and safety, food safety and allergen management processes and policies across the region. Championing health and safety within our locations.
- Work with the wider Food, Health & Safety Team to review and develop safety documentation, projects, training, and safety initiatives.
- NEBOSH General Certificate
- Level 4 Food Safety
- BSc or MSc in Environmental Health
- Full driving licence essential
