About Our Client

A large organisation in Birmingham.

Job Description

This is the chance to work as part of a small legal function. The team are looking for somebody to take charge of all property law matters for their clients.

You would be given lots of exposure to their client base and the opportunity to develop the property offering of the team.

The team covers other areas such as Company Commercial and are seeing a real increase in Real Estate queries. The work would likely cover general portfolio management, lease renewals, more complex development/investment work and corporate due diligence work.

The role would suit somebody who is looking do to something different and make an impact in a small team.

It's likely that the hire will be at Associate to Senior Associate level.

The team isn't heavily focused on targets and has a more relaxed environment and approach than a lot of larger organisations.

The team typically go into the office 3-4 days per week.

The Successful Applicant

It's likely that you will be a qualified Real Estate Solicitor with at least 3-4 years' experience.
