Supervisor

Work Location: Newcastle (The Gate)

We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to ensure daily tasks are achieved, staff are organised, and customers have the best possible experience during their Yu Me visit. Your days will vary but in general you will be:

• Assigning Floor Crew Member duties for the day
• Organising break times
• Monitoring start and end times, reporting any absences or lateness
• Motivating team members & maintaining a culture of exceptional customer service by role modelling and coaching
• Sharing product knowledge with Floor Crew Members
• Ensuring all Company procedures are followed correctly
• Acting as an escalation route for Floor Crew Members who need additional assistance with a customer query
• Regular housekeeping to ensure the site clean and hygienic at all times
• Ensuring prize counters and vending machines are fully stocked at all times

About You:

• Excellent customer service skills, ability to build a rapport with customers and ensure they have the best visit possible
• A hands-on can-do approach, with the ability to work well within a team
• Ethical and trustworthy – working with young customers
• Ability to problem solve, keeping the needs of the customer and business in mind
• Supervising or team leader experience
• IT skills
• Right to work in the UK

Hours / Pay:

• Rota shift patterns covering Mon-Sun, 10am – 10pm
• Part-time 30 hours per week
• £12.50 per hour
• 28 days holiday
