  • Experience in a corporate B2B membership sales environment.
  • A confident and reliable personality who is self-driven, with the ability to converse on a B2B level.
  • The ability to work fluently, using initiative on best practices and sales workflows.
  • Clear and consistent dialogue in line with the club’s core values, brand narrative and sales goals.
  • Ability to analyse data and research sales leads to identify potential new members.
  • Strong all-round communication skills and a well-organised approach to work.
  • Flexibility to support other departments across the House to guarantee the best possible service to members and their guests.
  • A good networker with a keen eye to identify new business opportunities
