Key Responsibilities
- Facilities Manager urgently required for TfL for 6- 8 weeks duration initially with potential for extension. To start ASAP
- The role of Facilities Manager is to manage 4 properties delivering PPMs, Reactive and additional works via internal Vinci engineers and supply chain contractors. Fundamentally compliance delivery on each of the buildings
- Ability to demonstrate experience in FM Contract Management. Familiarity with operating in a professional, competent, and safe manner, on a continuous basis and in line with contractual policies and procedures
- The 4 properties are TfL Head Office buildings – Corporate environment
- Excellent verbal and written skills. Customer Relation Skills in challenging environments.
- Effective negotiator at differing levels.
- Maintain an operational focus on customer relationships, contract retention, service delivery, commercial performance, processes management.
- Maintain regular contact with client and all other stakeholders
- Complete monthly performance audits and reports
- Ability to work with a diverse range of people, on own initiative or as part of a team. Sound people management skills.
