Stephenson Academy provides education for students both male and female aged between 9 and 16 years. We are the local SEN provision for students with social emotional and mental health needs (SEMH). Salary:- SMKT Range 6 – 7 pt 30
- 36 (Point 30
- £39,513 per annum to Point 36
- £45,718 per annum)
Weeks: 52 (or as agreed per offer letter)
Annual Leave: 28 days or 32 days dependent upon length of service + Bank Holidays
Contract type: Full-time, Permanent
Reporting to: Principal
Stephenson Academy (part of Stephenson MK Trust are seeking a proactive, focused and dynamic School Business Manager.
As School Business Manager (SBM) you will be responsible for managing the operation of the business functions of our school, including Finance, health and safety, human resources, compliance and administration.
You will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.
You will support the Principal to ensure our school runs efficiently and effectively, so all our students have the best opportunity to reach their full potential.
