About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. You’ll work closely with high-value clients, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle a caseload of residential property transactions
- Provide expert advice on sales, purchases, and other conveyancing matters
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
You will have:
- A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
- Strong technical knowledge of handling property transactions from inception to completion
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Work with a highly regarded law firm with an established reputation and client base
- Handle a broad range of property matters, including high-value transactions
