Title: Senior Staff Nurse (RMN)
Location: Nottinghamshire NG5
Salary: £42,073 per Annum
Shift: Full-Time, Days & Nights (Flexible).
Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our Hospital. The successful candidate will have a minimum of three to four years of nursing experience, particularly within a nursing home setting. You will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and care of our residents while working closely with the Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Administer medication and effectively manage medication rounds.
  • Work independently during day shifts, demonstrating strong clinical judgement and initiative.
  • Collaborate closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure optimal resident care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Promote a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
  • Minimum of three to four years of experience as an RMN, preferably in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong knowledge of medication management and nursing practices.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
