So what is the role of a Care Assistant and community care work all about?
Firstly, you will be shown how to use our very easy-to-use app. You can access this app at the start of your day at home. From this you will be able to see which customers you are visiting and providing care to that day.
You will move from customer to customer throughout the day with a smile on your face and no day will be the same. You will provide support to people to help them remain living in their own homes, helping to maintain their independence.
You’ll support people with all aspects of their day-to-day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and meal times.
