As a Teaching Assistant, you would be required to:
- Assist the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
- Work across classes (approx. 28-31 pupils) to encourage a positive attitude to learning
- Assist in the management of behaviour
- Work with children on a 1:1 or small group basis to provide extra support where needed, specifically targeting maths, reading, and writing abilities

To be considered for the role, you must have recent experience within a Primary School and possess a good understanding of the national curriculum. The Head Teacher has stipulated that they are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for supporting children in their education and achieving their maximum potential.
