Electrical Site Manager - Water

Your new company

You will be joining an established main contractor operating in the water industry. This high-profile contractor has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Electrical Site Manager to work on a site initially in the Coventry area.

Your new role

As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Managing direct labour and subcontractors
• Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
• Maintaining an accurate site diary
• Liaising with the client
• Undertaking site audits and inspections
• Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience overseeing the successful delivery of electrical works within the water industry in a site management capacity
• Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with key internal and external project stakeholders
• Strong time management and leadership skills
• Full UK driving experience.
