Electrical Site Manager - Water
Your new company
You will be joining an established main contractor operating in the water industry. This high-profile contractor has a strong pipeline of work with a major water provider in the Midlands region. Due to continued success, they are looking to onboard an Electrical Site Manager to work on a site initially in the Coventry area.
Your new role
As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Managing direct labour and subcontractors
- Coordinating all day-to-day site operations
- Maintaining an accurate site diary
- Liaising with the client
- Undertaking site audits and inspections
- Ensuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to expected quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience overseeing the successful delivery of electrical works within the water industry in a site management capacity
- Sound interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with key internal and external project stakeholders
- Strong time management and leadership skills
- Full UK driving experience.
