The Role of the Internal Sales Engineer:
Providing technical solutions to inbound queries from clients
Selling into OEMs and Distributors
Specifying requirements, providing quotations, and managing customer and supplier relationships.
Working closely with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
The Ideal Person for the Internal Sales Engineer Role:
HND/HNC educated in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 2-3 years' experience.
Experience using CAD.
Confident in speaking with customers and providing technical solutions.
Strong relationship-building skills.
Ability to think independently and take responsibility for the role.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach.
